Description p929001 2000-04-17 11:59:34 UTC
It seems that several important packages have been removed from redhat 6.2,
such as xv, xemacs, howto etc. Many of these packages are very useful, so
it seems strange to remove them?

(Is there somewhere one can see which packages have been removed?)

xv was removed a couple of releases ago for copyright reaons (tried ee?), xemacs
has never been a part of the distribution (it's a part of Power Tools) and the
howtos has been moved (along with the other documentation) to the documentation
CD.
