Title: Deploy an Application Using the Management Console

Describe the issue:
Process of deployment via Management console for EAP domain mode changed (Procedure 9.1 step 2.2) - naming, steps, buttons used.

Server groups selection is not performed during the deployment process but there is separate "Assing" button for this purpose after the deployment is finished.

Suggestions for improvement:
renaming:
Deployment Content -> Content Repository
Content Repository -> Available Deployment Content
and also change the steps according to current dialog windows in management console.
