Description of problem: From `man binfmt.d`: > Packages should install their configuration files in /usr/lib/, > files in /etc/ are reserved for the local administrator... but wine-systemd installs /etc/binfmt.d/wine.conf. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.7.16-2.fc20
