[docs][UI] cluster spice proxy definition need to be fixed \ more detailed.

Description of problem: Under title "4.2.2.5. Cluster Console Settings Explained", "Table 4.5. Console settings", "Overridden SPICE proxy address", we have this description: "The proxy which will be used by the SPICE client to connect to virtual machines. The address must be in the format of a fully qualified domain name or IP address." The proxy format description is not clear. It should be described same as in section "21.1.3. Turning on SPICE Proxy", or it can have reference to it. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): av7
