Description of problem:
the man page for ss incorrectly states :-

>       ip(8), /usr/share/doc/iproute-doc/ss.html (package iproutedoc)


1. That doc package is really called iproute-doc.
2. But iproute-doc does _not_ contain a file called ss.html. however it does have ss.ps.
