Current version of suricata in Fedora is suricata-1.4.7-3. Upstream release is at 2.0 as of 2014-03-25. http://www.openinfosecfoundation.org/download/suricata-2.0.tar.gz
If you really need it fast, you can download the rawhide srpm and rebuild it on your F20 system. I will check on moving the rawhide package to F20/19.
suricata-2.0-1.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/suricata-2.0-1.fc20
