Description RHOS Integration 2014-05-03 00:05:40 EDT
Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/integration-with-cinder-volume-encryption.

Description:

Encryption for Cinder volumes was added to OpenStack during the Havana development cycle (see https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/encrypt-cinder-volumes). Unfortunately, this feature has not been fully integrated with the OpenStack dashboard requiring administrators and end users to rely upon the command-line clients to take advantage of this functionality. This blueprint encompasses the various changes to make this feature more user-friendly -- e.g.,

* identifying encrypted volumes,
* enabling administrators to create encrypted volume types, and
* updating and deleting encrypted volume types.
