Please write and install an AppData file: http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/appdata/ This is needed so that the firewall-config.desktop entry can still be shown in the GNOME Software application in Fedora which blacklists applications with the "Settings" category by default now. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks.
Added upstream with: https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/firewalld.git/commit/?id=0d0fa0a66b456528c071f30df5b7f23d880aef6c I'm not sure how to properly test it. I installed the file and tried to use gnome-software, but that still shows the old info. I tried to restart packagekit, even rebooted but still the same. I'm on KDE and # rpm -qf /usr/share/appdata/ shows apper-0.8.2-1.fc20.x86_64 no idea how to use that info however. You can test it yourself, just put a repo file from https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/jpopelka/FirewallD/ into /etc/yum.repos.d/ and run 'yum update'.
