Description of problem:
'Target Namespace' and 'Package Name' are not updated according to change of Project name (see Steps to Reproduce).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select File --> New --> SwitchYard Project
2. click on the 'Next' button
3. click on the 'Back' button
4. change Project name
5. click on the 'Next' button
6. notice 'Target Namespace' and 'Package Name' (contains old project name)

Expected results:
If a user change project name, the change is reflected in 'Target Namespace' and 'Package Name'.
