Description of problem:

From Nir Magnezi's review of the ICG:
11.2.3. OpenStack Networking API Extensions
 "When a port is created using OpenStack Networking it is associated with a
 security group" --> it would be helpful to know on which cases a port is
 create (new instance, new router interface etc)
