According to the documentation AccountChooserValve has AccountIDPMapProvider parameter for setting own implementation for IDP Mapping. However despite of set this parameter default IDP Mapping class (which uses WEB-INF/idpmap.properties) is used instead of set IDP Mapping class.

This issue should be fixed in EAP 6.4 release.
