Description of problem:
Configure Dialogue should have a separate section in the guides.
This dialogue has multiple important screens and it deserves a separate section in the guides describing it.

As well, this is coming as a request from a customer.

Note: it is mentioned while talking about roles and permissions, but there are so much more things in that dialogue. As well, still we need a separate chapter describing it and not mentioning it like by the way.
