Description of problem:
The taipeifonts package uses a Buildroot: /tmp/taipei, rather than
picking something like %{_tmppath}/%{name}-root.

This bug exists as early as 1.2-16; I suspect it is in all versions.
Please handle as appropriate for Fedora.

Steps to Reproduce:
rpm -i /path/to/taipeifonts*src.rpm
vim ~/src/redhat/SPECS/taipeifonts.spec
search for "^Buildroot:"

Fixed in CVS head in 1.2-24.  Not built yet though.  Waiting to
see what Leon would prefer to do for binary build.
