Description:
With RHELOSP5, ML2 is going to be the default Neutron core plugin, using the OVS driver. This needs to be adequately covered in the doco.

Leave out the version, since you'll just have to update for the next release: "ML2 is the default Networking plug-in; Open vSwitch is deployed as the default ML2 mechanism driver."
