Description of problem:

The pulp errors seen in bug #1102763 indicate that this package needs to be included in our distribution.

We're using qpid-cpp 0.22. That note states qpid-cpp-server-store is only required for 0.18 or lower.

"If running Qpid 0.18 or earlier, you also need to install the qpid-cpp-server-store package with the command: sudo yum install qpid-cpp-server-store"
