Description of problem:
According to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1083375#c3;
https://github.com/wshearn/etherpad-example.git is used for nodejs-0.10, we should move it to openshift offical github.

Agreed.  This needs to be done to obsolete the nodejs-0.6 cart.

The etherpad quickstart is now on openshift repo as it's forked from Wesley's repo.
