Description of problem:
When exporting an RPM and a patch is needed, the user is prompted to
enter a "tag name" that uniquely identifies the patch.  This field
should not allow spaces to be entered for the tag.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export a project that has had a source code change
2. In the field where the Patch Tag is supposed to be entered, enter a
    name with a space in it
3. Fill in all other applicable fields
4. Click on Finish
5. An error will be shown saying something like the "diff" command
