Description of problem:
If you import a source RPM, click Browse... and Cancel, the following
message is printed to the console:

Unhandled exception caught in event loop.
Reason:
Argument cannot be null

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create new CDT project (File->New...->Project: C; Standard Make C
Project
2.File->Import... Select Source RPM; click Next
3.Click Browse... and Cancel

Added null test for file dialog
Added File.isFile test for return value
Added src.rpm test for returned value
