Description of problem:
ncurses development libs needed to build vte, thus it
should BuildRequires: ncurses-devel

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
vte-0.11.10-4

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rpm -e ncurses-devel
2.rpmbuild --rebuild vte-0.11.10-4.src.rpm
3.Wait for build errors
