Description of problem: Fix the last remaining *printf format warnings on 32-bit platforms There are a few lingering size_t problems. There is no correct, _portable_ way to correctly print an off_t. The best you can do is use a scratch int64_t or uint64_t and PRId64 or PRIu64.
