Description of problem:
Follow-up for bug 996944.

These updates are caught but information is missing (log entry only says 'Updated column <header>.' ):
- BRL fragment columns (both condition and action): 
    - changing the header
    - changing the code of the BRL fragment

In 6.2, header change information is present, code change is not.
