Description Corey Welton 2014-06-20 16:18:08 UTC
Description of problem:
Menu items that exist in a menu dropdown, when that dropdown exists over top the VM console window, are selectable but do not nav anywhere.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite-6.0.3-RHEL-6-20140619.0

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Provision a VM through libvirt, etc.
2. Navigate to the console window for that VM
3. choose a top-level menu item that might overlap the console. "Hosts" or "Content" are good choices.
4. Try to select a menu item from the dropdown that overlaps the console

Actual results:
Item "clicks" (highlights) but does not go anywhere.

Expected results:
Menu can be nav'd despite overlaying the console window.

^^ This behavior was noticed in Chrome. Unsure yet if it occurs in FF.

Comment 3 Dominic Cleal 2014-06-23 07:12:00 UTC
Perhaps a downstream only bug (patternfly?), I can't reproduce upstream.

Comment 4 Dominic Cleal 2014-08-01 14:25:59 UTC
Verified in Sat6, something in the Patternfly patch I guess as Foreman is fine.

This is an older bug which I do not envision being fixed in the near term. I am closing this out. If you belive doing so is an issue, please feel free to re-open and provide additional business information. Thank you.
