webkitgtk3 currently builds but does not run correctly on aarch64, as evidenced by this build failure in seed:

The issue is the recent switch to 64k pages on aarch64.  Fortunately, ppc64 is in the same boat, so we can use their patch.  Successful scratch build, with which I was able to successfully build seed in mock:
