Description of problem: The spec file installs the binaries for Nagios 4 in EPEL 7, but Nagios 3 is still the version being shipped. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.0.0-5 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install ndoutils 2. Configure the broker module 3. Restart Nagios Actual results: The broker module fails to initialize due to unresolved symbols only found in Nagios 4. Expected results: The broker module should successfully initialize. Additional info: See here: http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ndoutils.git/tree/ndoutils.spec?id=26ef2d4bb45f51ec70009b1946c120ce2348fc32#n87 . It would be nice to have Nagios updated for Fedora and EPEL 7, but without that, the highlighted line should probably say ">= 6".
