Your package python-subprocess32 fails to build on rawhide for aarch64: 

http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=205925

The cause is usage of the deprecated SYS_getdents syscall, which is not available on aarch64.  Attaching patch for rawhide.

Just upgraded to 3.2.6 rather than dealing with back port patches
