Description of problem:
Clicking on a hyperlink in a commit (e.g. committer's email address, link to BZ bug number) causes the commit to expand or collapse as if you had clicked on the + or - icon next to it.

4.4.4021

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a bug that has something in the Commits field
2. Click on the email address in the first commit.

Actual results:
The commit text expands unexpectedly.

Expected results:
The commit text does not change state.
