Description:

Implement a plugin that enables orchestrating CloudSigma cloud resources as resources in a Heat template.

The current code is hosted on https://github.com/cloudsigma/cs-heat-plugin. The goal is to contribute the plugin code in contrib.
The plugin depends on pycloudsigma library at https://github.com/cloudsigma/pycloudsigma
