Describe the issue:
in the RHELOSP-CTS 5.0 user-guide, under Configuring the Subset Tests sub-section, <https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform_Certification_Test_Suite/5/html/User_Guide/chap-Certification_Workflow.html#Configuring_the_Subset_Tests>,

This statement "This feature is configured by setting flags in the /etc/rhocts/api.conf file." should be "This feature is configured by setting flags in the /etc/rhoscts/api.conf file."

Suggestions for improvement:
Change the /etc/rhocts/api.conf to /etc/rhoscts/api.conf.
