I'm not sure what's the policy about openshift-quickstarts but I think openshift-go-cart is good to go into that github organization instead of living inside a private account. QE is testing with that and having a more stable URL is preferable.
Of course we can have our own fork if moving the repo is not appropriate for whatever reason.

Clayton owns the go cart to my knowledge, so he can move it over if he agrees.
