Description of problem:

When invoking the OpenShift Online rest API, the OpenShift Online Annual plan is displayed as "Annual Fixed Fee (MCT3013)". This appears to be an internal code and should not be display in the publicly facing API.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set HTTP header with key="Accept" and value="application/xml"
2. Location is https://openshift.redhat.com/broker/rest/plans 

Actual results:

All subscription plans including internal name of OpenShift Online Annual plan is returned

Expected results:

All subscription plans are returned with the names as stated on stated on OpenShift website: https://www.openshift.com/products/pricing

It is intentional that the SKU is included in the name.
They plan to have multiple annual plans in the future.
