Description of problem:
cluster_size display wrong when create a QED format image via qemu-img.
also tried the rhel7 not hit such issue.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
host info:
# uname -r && rpm -q qemu-kvm-rhev
2.6.32-492.el6.x86_64
qemu-kvm-rhev-0.12.1.2-2.430.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a qed image.
# qemu-img create -f qed test.qed 10G
# qemu-img info test.qed

Actual results:
# qemu-img create -f qed test.qed 10G
Formatting 'test.qed', fmt=qed size=10737418240 cluster_size=0 table_size=0 
# qemu-img info test.qed                        ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
image: test.qed
file format: qed
virtual size: 10G (10737418240 bytes)
disk size: 260K
cluster_size: 65536

Expected results:
the cluster_size should be default 65536.
