1. Create in LDAP user with some UTF-8 characters in username.
2. Connect LDAP to engine.
3. Add this user to engine.

Actual results:
Error while executing action: General command validation failure.

Expected results:
Succeed.

Works on both master and 3.5 please re-test with latest build

From frontend I was able to add users with characters ö and Ñ in their names without any issues
