Description of problem:

When I click on the feedback link in the upper right of the Administrative portal, I get taken to:

https://access.redhat.com/groups/rhev-beta

which is a broken link

this bug is propose to clone to 3.4.z, but missed the 3.4.4 builds.
moving to 3.4.5 - please clone once ready.

Verified in rhevm-3.5.0-0.20.el6ev.noarch, rhevm-branding-rhev-3.5.0-2.el6ev.noarch (vt10).

Feedback link is replaced in RHEVM with Market Place - check.
