The entities.properties file is used as part of the initial database creation tool: https://github.com/pressgang-ccms/PressGangCCMSInitialDBCreator. It relies on the entities listed in entities.properties.

Right now only the Task topic type tag is defined. Concept and Reference are also core tags that should be listed to allow the db creator to work.
