[testing report] Generate testing report by Case-Run Tester, the run's count was wrong.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter testing report page, choose product as 'qiyang test product', then generate report by Case-Run Tester. Inspect the run's count.

2.Enter testing report page, use the same options, that is, choose product as 'qiyang test product', then generate report by By Plan & Build Per Plan View. Inspect the run's count.

Actual results:
for step 1: there are 10 runs.
for step 2: there are 9 runs.

Expected results:
both for step 1 and step 2 are 9 runs.

Additional info:
