Description of problem:  The Drift Feature is totally broken in JON 3.3, basic use-case does not work

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create any drift definition
2.  detect now
3.  add files

Actual results:
nothing happens, the feature is not working at all.  


Expected results:
drift is detected
