Description of problem:
Run command "rhc apps" when there are no apps in domain.
Check exit status of above command, it is 1, which should be 0.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new domain
2.Run "rhc apps" with this domain.
3.Check exit status of above command

Actual results:
Exit status is 1.

Expected results:
Exit status should be 0.
