Additional info:
There is also an unsatisfied dependency for libgadu .

Relevant part of abovementioned log file is:

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

I'm quite sure ModemManager has been rebuilt against newer mbim since and the problem is now gone.
