Description of problem:
When a new job is created by the user via the web interface then the form is not validated.

E.g. Job Type field, Due date before actual date, etc.

Also it's not clear which fields are required and witch are optional.

Verified on 6.1.0.ER4.

Validation is now performed on the form. More BZ on this topic will follow as the current validation mechanism is not sufficient.
