Description of problem:

The 'Feedback' link in the top right-hand corner of the Admin Portal leads to a non-existent page.

1. Click 'Feedback'

Actual results:
Taken to https://access.redhat.com/groups/rhev-beta which results in a Page Not Found.

Expected results:

This should take the user to a public page or some kind of feedback form. Not a private group (that might not exist currently?)

@Scott/Arthur: what happened to [1]? is there an alternative link for users to provide feedback for RHEV beta?
