[Docs] [Admin] Warning about disk size requirements when deleting a snapshot

The following article should be scoped for inclusion of a warning in the Administration Guide: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/897013 This bug is being raised in response to a discussion on the Customer Portal regarding deletion of snapshots: https://access.redhat.com/discussions/1120793 The underlying behavior of deleting snapshots is not clear to users, and even a simple warning could make it much clearer as to what is going on.
