Description of problem:
When viewing a bug in show_bug.cgi, the Component field has a "Show other bugs" link next to it.  The same feature should be provided for the Subcomponent field, as that field is intended to offer the same functionality as the Component field (except for the additional level of granularity).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a bug that has a subcomponent set.

Actual results:
The Component field has a "show other bugs" link, but the Subcomponent field dos not.

Expected results:
Both fields have a "Show other bugs" link.
