The following changes must be made:

The two topics above must be combined into a single topic, with the steps in the procedure from topic 41396 made into a single step at the start of the procedure in 38678.

In addition, the following changes must be made:

* The opening paragraph in 41396 must be reworded to clarify that this is the procedure for installing the web user interface when the user has installed the base operating systems and enabled the required channels themselves.
* Titles must be removed from steps in the procedure in 38678.
* Reword the text in Step 2. to improve clarity and add a comma before 'and press Enter' in all applicable steps.
* Reword the text in Step 3. to improve clarity - similar to 'Enter the number for the value you want to change'.
* Remove the 'Completion' step.

The procedure includes the step from topic 41396 on installing the rhel-osp-installer package. The procedure title and the Result paragraph have been removed. The Summary formal para has been converted into a standard para. Steps have been reworded for clarity.
