fix for a bug

Description of problem:

flush checks for Boost libraries in a way which fails on AArch64 architecture

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

0.9.12-10

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do a build on aarch64

Actual results:

checking for boostlib >= 1.34... yes
checking whether the Boost::Filesystem library is available... yes
configure: error: Could not find a version of the library!

2014-11-19: Retired because of broken dependencies during cleanup for Fedora 21
