The update is already in updates-testing: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/php-doctrine-dbal-2.4.2-6.fc20,owncloud-7.0.2-1.fc20 please do test it and provide karma. Major version updates of OC are pretty sensitive, I'm taking it slowly before sending this to stable. dgilmore found an upgrade bug from 6.0.4 to 7.0.2, for instance, which we've reported upstream and has just recently got fixed, I need to backport that fix at least.

currently, yeah, I didn't backport the patch yet. It'll affect you if you try to upgrade with the user_external 'app' enabled (at least, probably other user_* plugins too). I'll try and do a 7.0.2-2 build with the fix soon - if you have any of those auth apps on your instance, hold off until I do that (or you can just apply the fix manually, it's a small patch, https://github.com/owncloud/core/pull/10927 ).
