Red Hat Product Errata RHEA-2004:387 0 normal SHIPPED_LIVE Updated ltrace package 2004-09-02 04:00:00 UTC

Description Kasper Dupont 2004-01-27 09:29:13 UTC
Description of problem:
When applied to some programs ltrace fails on an assertion.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ltrace-0.3.29-1

How reproducible:
Happens always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ltrace /usr/lib/mozilla-1.4.1/mozilla-bin

Actual results:

(mozilla-bin:1875): Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by Xlib

(mozilla-bin:1875): Gdk-WARNING **: can not set locale modifiers
ltrace: dict.c:117: dict_apply_to_all: Assertion `d' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)

Expected results:
mozilla runs as without ltrace (possibly slower). And ltrace produces
as usefull output as possible.

Comment 1 Jakub Jelinek 2004-04-22 13:53:49 UTC
Should be fixed in ltrace-0.3.32-2 in rawhide.
