Description of problem:
I was running rpmbuild --rebuild net-snmp-5.1-2.1.src.rpm and it
bombed with the following error:

Hm, strange. I have rebuilt it several times on FC1 and FC2 and never
had that problem.

Are your rpm and rpm-devel packages current?
