Description of problem: 
When viewing the advisory for a package, large advistories result in 
windows that are larger than the desktop, with their window controls 
off screen. The only solution is to alt-drag the window and then 
close it.

How reproducible: 
Always 
 
Steps to Reproduce: 
1.View advisory for a package with a long advisory 
   
Actual results: 
The window is larger than the desktop 
 
Expected results: 
Maybe a standard size floating window with a scrolling text widget

This bug will not be fixed for RHEL 3 U6.
