Description of problem:

There are error using rootwrap errors in DHCP/L3 log files (attached)

Working in Selinux permissive mode.

using RHEL7

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.create networks and subnets ( i used IPv6) 
2.check DHCP/L3 log files for Errors

I am not able to reproduce this behavior with the current (RDO Juno) packages on RHEL7, CentOS 7, or Fedora 21.
