Lior's feedback has been incorporated. 
Other changes will be made in the next version as there is more to be done, but none of it is mission critical.

Setting to ON-QA. It has already been reviewed by Lior.
Changes made according to https://docs.google.com/a/redhat.com/document/d/1vj2sScXs_2qryNfvvFinMxAawCFzjvBZAWB6H6hG7K8/edit#

the document is hard to follow as it refers to chapter numbers that were in place before content was reshuffled.

I suggest to just read chapters 5 and 6 as this is where the bulk of changes occurred.
In most cases - chapter 5 became 6.
